The following changes have been delivered in this release:

1. Update: Data download files updated up to July 2018 (when applicable).
2. New: A specific analysis of en route delays attributed to ATC capacity and staffing is now available.
3. New: A specific analysis of en route delays attributed to weather is now available.
4. New: A specific analysis of en route delays attributed to ATC disruptions (strike, equipment) is now available.
